• Il Vicolo B&B is a private house in which a maximum of 3 bedrooms are available for guests, the kitchen can't be used for meals but for breakfast only.

 

• Upon arrival at the B&B you will be asked for registration documents, and you will be given the keys to the door and the room.

 

• The payment of the reservation must be paid in cash on arrival at the property and will not be returned in case of early departure.

 

• The B&B is enabled to accept credit cards.

 

• To lose the keys means to replace the lock of the main door, the cost (50- € 100 approx) of the replacement will be charged to the guest.

 

• Since the Bed & Breakfast small family-run facilities, there is no reception service available at all hours of the day as in the hotels, therefore each guest is required to communicate the arrival time at least 24 hours before arrival.

      Not communicating the arrival time could cause unnecessary and long waits.

      This misunderstanding can not be a reason for complaints or reimbursement.

 

• No pets allowed (because we don't have suitable spaces).

 

• Arrival and departure times:

 

     - Check-in :from 15.00 to 22.00; different times must be agreed at the time of

       booking, as if there is a change of guests needs some time to fix and clean the

       room.

     - Check-out : before 10.00; if there is a change of guests, different times must              necessarily be agreed upon arrival.

 

• The rooms are lockable, and during the day we are almost always present in the structure, in any case we decline any responsibility for the loss, theft or damage to objects left in the rooms. It is not allowed to leave personal items in the common areas, otherwise we decline all responsibility.

 

• Breakfast will be served in the kitchen from 7.00 to 9.30; or it can be consumed at the agreed bar. In the kitchen it isn't allowed to prepare meals.

 

• Towels will be changed every 3 days, sheets changed once a week (barring unforeseen circumstances).

 

• For your own and other guests' security, please lock the entrance door after 6.00 pm.

 

• It is not allowed to host other people in the house that are not those of the reservation, except for short visits (there are common areas available) and accompanied by the guest.

 

• Smoking is not permitted.

 

• It is not allowed to eat meals inside the bedrooms, any extra cleaning will be charged to the guest.

 

• In the mutual respect of the guests, please avoid excessive or disturbing noise, and leave the common areas in order and clean.

 

• Please kindly: be careful to close the faucets properly; turn off lights, air conditioner, TV if you do not need it; do not throw anything in the toilet that could obstruct the pipes. For garbage or other materials there is a special basket.

 

• Damages: any damage to the structure or furniture and objects present, once ascertained responsibility, must be compensated by the host.

 

• booking cancellation : no penalty if cancellation is communicated up to 20 days before arrival. Up to 7

      days before arrival 30% of the stay will be charged. The cost of the stay will not         be reimbursed for non-arrival not communicated within the time provided for by           the cancellation.

• In case of early departure, the difference in expense will not be refunded.

 

      Compliance with the regulation is necessary for a peaceful coexistence of guests,           failing to follow these simple rules will force us not to allow the stay in the house.
